Spoken Word Poetry Performance + Book Signing

Join us for a special evening of poetic bliss. Topaz Hooper, international poet and spoken word performer from Denver, CO will be performing at Trident Booksellers and Cafe on August 19th @ 7:30pm. She will be performing spoken word directly from her newly released poetry book: My Mind's Eye: Poetry and Visual Art on Social Justice, Philosophy and Identity.

The event will include a spoken word poetry reading by Topaz Hooper, book signing, and photograph with the author.

Topaz's performances have been called "fresh and honest" and "sticky and sensual".
